Girls Keeping It Real is a nonprofit organization that provides a mentoring program that is designed to nourish, educate, and empower young women and girls dealing with low self-esteem, trauma, or violence. Our program empowers and equips women and girls with the ability to balance their lives emotionally, spiritually, physically, mentally, and financially while advancing to have the life that they want. These efforts are implemented through our balance program utilizing the three Rs (Reflect, Refresh, Renew), counseling, mentoring, wellness retreats, life coaching, and education.
