Were a 501(c)3 non-profit, powered by both private and public funding, including Title 1 of the Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act of 2014 (WIOA). Our blend of funding sources gives us the ability to invest in a wide range of innovative projects.

We advise and fund the WorkSource system in Spokane, which consists of two career centers and 19 affiliated sites across Spokane county.

Practically speaking, we provide leadership and guidance for more than 100 workforce professionals from a variety of agencies, all working together toward the common goal of helping workers find good jobs, and helping businesses find the right talent.
