About State Senator Evan Vickers
Evan Vickers is a Republican member of the Utah State Senate, representing District 28. He began Legislative Service as Utah House of Representatives from 2009-2012. Vickers earned his B.S. Pharmacy from the University of Utah. He is a Pharmacist and Business Owner by profession. He was affiliated with Cedar City Council, 1987-99; Utah Pharmacists Association, Board of Directors, 2005-07; American Associated Pharmacies Board of Directors, 2001-12; Iron Mission Foundation Board of Directors, Cedar City Hospital Board of Directors, Cedar City Downtown Parking Authority, Cedar City Downtown Economic Development Committee.
He was recognized as Utah Pharmacists Association Legislator of the Year, 2009, Utah Medical Association Legislator of the Year, 2012, National Federation of Independent Businesses Utah Small Business Champion of the Year 2014, Utah Shakespeare Festival Support Honor 2019, Salt Lake Chamber 2020 Business Champion.
