Throughout my education, I have been exposed to the most cutting-edge dietary theories and studied highly effective nutrition coaching techniques to help you find the right lifestyle that works best for you.

I have had a passion for all things' nutrition for many years. I decided to act on that passion and dive deeper into nutrition by attending the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2017. While I learned more about nutrition, diets, and mindset, I was still curious, and it seemed that the more I learned about how food heals the body, the more I wanted to know. That is when I decided to go back to college at Purdue University Global and finish my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition degree.
