Safety Consultation and Training Section, State of NV

SCATS offers on-site health and safety consultation services designed to help employers recognize and control potential safety and health hazards at their workplaces, improve their safety and health programs, and assist in training employees.

On-site consultation services are confidential and provided free of charge at the request of employers. The employer may request a full-service visit or limit their request to a specific problem. Consultation services are completely separate from the Nevada OSHA inspection and are performed by our staff of highly trained safety and health professional with many years of experience. Small businesses with high hazards receive priority for services. SCATS offers on-site health and safety consultation throughout Nevada, including Reno and Las Vegas.
