Carol's Cafe was established in 1971 and enjoys a reputation for quality, good service, and a family atmosphere.

The cafe serves breakfast and lunch seven days a week from May until October and features Sunday Night Supper with Carol's Old Fashioned Fried Chicken Dinner, a popular family supper for over twenty years.

The Deli, Store, and Ice Cream Parlor are a favorite for campers, hikers, and visitors to the beautiful, historic area of Prattville.
