We treat patients of all ages.

Discounted Rates

If cost stands between you and a health care solution, you’ll be relieved to know that Baker Rural Health Clinic serves the community with clinical care at a discounted rate. Out-of-state residents are also welcome.

If you’re uninsured, we ask for payment on a sliding fee schedule: $10 for the lowest income, increasing at $10 increments based on income to a maximum of $50.

Insurance accepted at Baker Rural Health Clinic: Sunshine, Medicaid and Medicare.

All other insurance must pay $50.00 per visit
