Prior to opening her own law firm, Ms. Miller worked for one of the most successful personal injury law firms in the country litigating catastrophic personal injury cases. Before that, Ms. Miller worked for a large national insurance defense firm where she practiced in the areas of general liability insurance defense and insurance bad faith. By leveraging her knowledge of insurance company tactics, Ms. Miller learned to effectively dismantle attempts to undermine her clients’ claims, ensuring that her clients’ rights and needs are front and center throughout the entire legal process.

Ms. Miller was born in Omaha, Nebraska and grew up in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Having grown up with a father serving in the United States Air Force, Danielle spent most of her early years traveling throughout the United States, as well as overseas to Hawaii, Guam, Japan, South Korea, and her mother’s home country of Panama. All of which exposed her to an array of diverse lifestyles, backgrounds, ethnic groups, and cultures.

Ms. Miller earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs in 2001, and earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2004. Ms. Miller is a member of The National Trial Lawyers, American Association for Justice, Clark County Bar Association, Las Vegas National Bar Association, Nevada Latino Bar Association, and Nevada Justice Association. In 2022, Ms. Miller was named one of The National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Trial Lawyers and one of the Top 100 National Black Lawyers.
