Roller Compacted Concrete

Roller compacted concrete (RCC) is a rigid, non-slump concrete blend made of coarse and fine aggregates, Portland cement, fly ash, and water. Grimes Asphalt and Paving employs vibratory roller equipment and screed technologies to lay RCC, akin to asphalt paving. Unlike traditional concrete, RCC pavement is seamless and doesn't need forms, finishing, texturing, joint sawing, or sealing. Additionally, it lacks dowels or steel reinforcement.
