Our vision is rooted in the hope that our resource family program will be a beacon of support within our community, addressing the pressing placement needs faced by county social service agencies.
Our resource family program has been meticulously designed to address a wide spectrum of challenges that children may encounter, encompassing physical, developmental, psychological, and behavioral disabilities or disorders. Moreover, we extend our nurturing care to those children who require essential, fundamental care services. At El Shaddai Foster Family Agency, we acknowledge that the path to recovery for children who have endured abuse, neglect, and tumultuous parenting is far from easy. However, our guiding philosophy centers on the belief that every individual is ultimately responsible for their own life journey.
