In 2019, these four questions were asked by a group of friends over lunch as they were talking about finding a way to create a business that would change the way people see an industry, from the view of the consumer as well as the employee.
Pest Friends is committed to taking over the residential pest control industry throughout the United States, one zip code at a time, through customer service, being the employer of choice, and innovation through technology and service. To put it simply, we want to be known as the most modern, eco-friendly, and innovative choice in pest control.
Our “It’s Your Neighborhood” approach allows our pest technicians to service customers in one zip code only, thereby creating the ability for the technician to wow our customers with exceptional customer service, which leads to organic business growth through great work and referrals from happy clients.
We also have a career path for any employee interested and capable that will eventually lead to them being their own boss and owning the neighborhood reputation and results that they have successfully built under the Pest Friends Brand with the Pest Friends Technology.

The Pest Friends Founders Team consists of four members: Scott Nolen, Wyatt Chambers, Daryl Ross, and John Smalley. We have 35+ years of experience in pest control, and 75+ years in management and leadership, and have created and developed over 20 companies between the four members. All four believe that by combining our strengths in Pest Control, Innovation, Leadership, Workforce Development, Marketing, and Technology, Pest Friends will fundamentally change and improve the way consumers receive proactive, high-tech, eco-friendly pest control going forward.
