Cassava flour, unlike other gluten-free flours, is very mild and neutral in flavor. It is soft and powder in texture and can replace wheat flour on a 1:1 basis in many recipes.

This flour is obtained from cassava roots grown by women cooperatives in Togo.

This project was implemented to empower women and alleviate poverty in Togolese rural regions.
