First and foremost my wife and I are Christians, we live our lives and run our business in a way that honors Jesus and what he expects of us as individuals. I am a master jeweler, I, like many jewelers before me started my journey with an apprenticeship. Darrell Griner of Griner Jewelry taught me how to be a jeweler. He taught me how to size rings, fix broken chains, set diamonds, etc... I eventually outgrew Griner Jewelry as I wanted to move into a custom design and manufacturing role and Mr. Griner wanted to continue outsourcing his custom design pieces. I moved to a custom jeweler position at Steels Jewelers in Valdosta Ga. and working with the very talented Blake Steel I honed my CAD designing and 3D printing skills. I would eventually accept a position as Custom Jeweler and Shop Manager at Godwin Jewelers in Bainbridge Ga.
Working with Mr. Godwin has been one of my greatest employment ventures to date. Mr. Ronnie Godwin taught me some of the most important lessons one could ask for in my short but thrilling time with him. He taught me how to be a businessman, how to treat people with respect and dignity, and how to run my business in a way that is efficient, honorable, and honors the Lord. Mr. Godwin is the most influential mentor in the work that I do and I am very grateful to him for the values and integrity he helped to instill in me. My wife and I have always dreamed of opening our own store and in 2021 The Lord opened the opportunity for us to do just that. We are so grateful and honored to be serving the people of Sylvester Ga and the surrounding areas with GREAT service.
