I have been in the dental product sales arena my entire adult career. Advising dental professionals on new products, techniques, and how to grow their practice has been my passion.
In 2011 I began working at wineries on the weekends and have fallen in love with learning about wines and teaching others about wines and the winemaking process. In 2015 I passed the Court of Master Sommeliers exam and I am waiting for the results of the WSET exam Level 2 and should know very soon. I could talk all day about wine and never get tired of it!
I am also now a Certified Health and Life Coach. I am helping businesses and individuals meet the health and career goals they have been dreaming of via proven Habit Change methods. A Health & Life Coach is a supportive mentor who helps you to achieve your dreams. We do this through lifestyle and habit change in small "bite-sized" increments and challenge our inner wisdom to fine-tune what we already know to be true about ourselves. As a coach, I can help you explore the possibilities you always dreamed of, but never thought were possible. Then, help you make those dreams a reality. Everybody is different, and what works for one person, does not necessarily work for another. So if you have tried to achieve your goals with little or no success, maybe a Coach is for you!
