Anthem Neurology

Anthem Neurology is a private practice neurology clinic providing outpatient care for a variety of neurological conditions including Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia, Parkinson's disease, essential tremor, stroke, peripheral neuropathy, seizure disorders, and chronic headaches such as migraine. Dr. Rauschkolb is an experienced and compassionate neurologist, with a focus on developing care plans that are specific to the patient and take into account their perspectives and values.

She completed her training in neurology at Dartmouth, a small Ivy League institution in New England, followed by subspecialty training in neuro-oncology which was completed at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York City. She previously held faculty positions and very much enjoyed teaching medical students, residents, fellows, and Ph.D. candidates, and she was active in research. However, she ultimately returned to her home state of Arizona to be near family and has transitioned to a small, patient-focused practice. She looks forward to spending the remainder of her career in this setting.
