About Newark Arts Alliance
The mission of the Newark Arts Alliance is to provide the citizens of greater Newark with the opportunity to explore and display their creativity, as well as to participate in cultural events that build community.
Established in 1993, the Newark Arts Alliance (NAA) is a membership organization dedicated to developing the community through the arts. All artwork exhibited in our Terry Foreman Gallery and sold in our Members’ Gallery Shop is created exclusively by local artists. We present twelve exhibitions each year, including solo shows, small-group shows, and themed exhibitions. We invite non-members to exhibit in the featured shows, attend classes and visit the galleries. We include artists work who reside in a 25-mile radius of Newark, DE. All are welcome to visit during regular hours at no cost.
