About Foundation Physical Therapy and Wellness
Foundation Physical Therapy and Wellness were created with YOU in mind. Physical therapy clinics that embrace the healthcare insurance model receive poor reimbursement from insurance companies. This translates to physical therapists having limited time with their patients and less autonomy in the treatment and plan of care. We wanted more for our patients. At Foundation Physical Therapy and Wellness, we provide one on one quality care with a licensed physical therapist for your entire treatment session.
This fosters an environment that allows us to provide individual attention and get to the root cause of your problem, which may or may not be where you feel your symptoms. We are also able to provide tailored exercises specifically for you. We come alongside you as we encourage a foundation of growth and healing within one's mind, body, and spirit through education, treatment, and referral if needed. Wellness evaluations and treatments are also provided. It is our goal for all individuals who present to our clinic to move better, feel better and be better.
