The company was founded in July 2014 by Merilee Karr, after a 13-year successful career at oil and gas giant Shell. As the elected Chair for the industry body, STAA, she is passionate about helping professionalize and grow the industry in the most responsible way.

All our guests receive a personal check-in, welcome pack, hotel-quality linens, towels, and toiletries with their visit. Our concierge service is available to all our guests to make your stay extra special. We have over 250 homes across London and all have been personally selected and meet our high standards to become a part of our exclusive portfolio.

Our commitment to exceptional service has been recognized in a number of ways: from being featured on the BBC to winning several recent awards. We were also the first company in our sector to achieve official Short-Term Accommodation Association (STAA) accreditation run by Quality in Tourism, demonstrating our commitment to high standards within our industry.
