RE/MAX Country is dedicated to its clients and friends in the Roaring Fork and Colorado River Valley communities.
Hometown Real Estate Company was established in January 2004. Hometown Real Estate Company purchased a RE/MAX franchise and presently operates under the RE/MAX Country name. Debbie Sanderson, our managing broker, has been licensed as a real estate broker since 1988 and is a licensed Community Association Manager since 2015.

Debbie Sanderson served as President and Chair of the Glenwood Springs Association of Realtors in 2011.
RE/MAX Country associates are available daily, whether by telephone, walking in, or by appointment. Sales offices are located in Glenwood Springs and New Castle with qualified and knowledgeable associates available five days a week to assist buyers and tenants, sellers and landlords, homeowners, and vendors. RE/MAX Country supports two office locations, three full-time property managers as well as full-time staff assistants.
