Keith is excited to be a principal team member as we launch Robust Real Estate, a new concept in real estate that combines the latest in technology with a hands-on, personal approach to client service to help you achieve your real estate goals. With broad experience in marketing and public relations, an unrivaled dedication to client service and a deep and thorough understanding of West Hollywood and surrounding areas, both for the present and in terms of what is planned for the future, Keith Kaplan knows the where, when and how to buy and sell in West Hollywood and surrounding areas. Originally from Chicago, Keith has an undergraduate degree from UCLA and London School of Economics and an MBA from the University of Chicago. During his 37 years in West Hollywood he has owned and operated a marketing and PR agency specializing in luxury lifestyle products including some of the biggest names in fashion, jewelry and vacation travel. He has also developed and executed campaigns for some of the area’s top residential and commercial properties. Since 2013 he has indulged an ongoing passion for real estate as a member of the Corey Nelson Partners team at Sotheby’s International Realty, combining his marketing expertise and commitment to client service with his passion for real estate to provide smart, strategic thinking and unparalleled client service. He is proud to be part of the Corey Nelson Partners team which, with over $325M in sales and 100+ five-star reviews was named in the prestigious “Top 100” teams by Broker Agent Advisor in 2020, one of the top 1.5% of real estate teams in the US for 2022 by Real Trends and made the list of Los Angeles Magazine’s Real Estate All-Stars for 2023. Keith currently serves on the Board of Directors and Government Affairs Committee of the Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors (GLAR) and is acting Chair of Region 4 (West Hollywood/Eagle Rock). He is also a member of the California Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. He has been on the Board of Directors of the West Hollywood Chamber of Commerce since 2012, served as Chair of the Government Affairs Committee for 2 years and served as Chairman of the Chamber from 2015 – 2019. In 2020 Keith received the Chamber’s Ray Reynolds Award in recognition of his legacy of outstanding service and commitment to the local business community. Keith also proudly served on the Board of Directors for Project Angel Food from 2018 -2022.
