About Aloft Henderson
I am the owner of B&D Property Management which Develops, Owns, and Manages Residential and Commercial Real Estate. I also own B&D Hospitality Management which owns and is developing the first Marriott Aloft Hotel in Southern Nevada.
Current assets under management include 16 residential units and Gardner Plaza @ Eastern, 7500 sq ft of commercial space. We are currently developing Gardner Plaza @ St Rose which consists of 60,000 sq ft of retail and office space. All of this is in Henderson NV not far from the new Raiders Practice Facility and Team Headquarters.
My focus is to create, own and manage highly desirable developments in upwardly mobile areas of the Southwest.
I began investing in real estate after the economic collapse in 2008 when single-family homes in great neighborhoods were priced under $50/sq ft. Today the market has recovered and homes are priced at over $200/sq ft. This past year we expanded into commercial property management and commercial development.
