Cheryl&Co. Real Estate was established in 2007 by Cheryl Chandler and is headquartered in the beautiful western town of Rifle, Colorado. Cheryl has more than 30 years in the real estate industry and has been actively involved in the growth of Garfield County for many years. She is a long-time resident of the area and has served on the Garfield County Planning Commission from 1993 to 2013. She takes pride in her ranching abilities and her vast knowledge of the land. Cheryl holds several designations in the Real Estate Profession; Accredited Land Consultant, a Master of Real Estate, and a member of the Graduate REALTORS Institute. These designations allow Cheryl to share her knowledge and expertise to assist you in realizing your dreams with real estate. She is very active in her community and supports many projects and events for local schools, organizations, and political committees. Her reputation for honesty and innovative thinking is paramount in achieving the goals of her clients.
