THINKING LIKE A CEO (TLACEO)

Classroom and hands-on training help sole-proprietors and non-employer LLCs make the necessary shift from the self-employed mindset to the CEO mindset.

TLACEO is facilitated by local certified professionals, including a Balanced Scorecard champion, a certified Maxwell Method executive coach, a multi-business entrepreneur, a doctor of behavioral sciences, and a local community activist.

A full educational schedule helps fill in business management knowledge gaps and provides essential management skills and tools.

The hands-on section allows participants to exercise their new skills to grow their businesses.

Finally, they meet local non-profit and community-based organization leaders in order to gain a greater appreciation for community accountability.

We personally and collectively accept accountability for where we are and act to secure our freedom and our right to pursue happiness. We elevate ourselves above the mercy of the changing whims and priorities of others. We break the historical cycle of taking one step forward and two steps back.
