I am in the field of Nutrition and Health. My goal is to help people achieve Optimal Health in their lives. Optimal Health (although different for everyone) is a whole new approach to well-being that is based on creating health instead of treating sickness.
I try to give my clients the tools that will empower them to make the choices
necessary to put them on the path to long-term health and well-being. Making the Decision to Get Healthy is the first step. The Path to a Longer, Healthier Life is a journey taken one step, one habit, one day at a time. The Take Shape For Life program changed my life and my health, and I love paying it forward and helping others.
