About Sapphire Catering
We created Sapphire Catering from a passionate and talented team of individuals. Our goal is simple: to create memorable occasions and make sure your event is worry-free.
Our team boasts three decades of experience in the food and beverage service industry. In this industry, customer service is key, and now, with the creation of Sapphire Catering, we can make sure our customers get 100% from all of us on every event.
In bringing this team together, I wanted to have all bases covered. I hold two advanced degrees in Nutrition and Food Science from the University of Arizona, and our chefs have been creating mouth-watering menus in our industry for over 15 years. We provide meals for Major League Baseball teams during Spring Training that are customized to provide balanced nutrition for world-class athletes, but we can also host the most decadent dessert bar youve ever seen.
