Welcome To

Taco Amigo

In 1980 we took a leap of faith and purchased a restaurant named Taco Siesta. We had been searching for a way to teach our children and grandchildren the value of hard work. Gary had his own career with Alpine School District and I became an owner of the business. Within a short period of time, we changed the name and Taco Amigo came into existence.

We created a business plan, did our own advertising, added new food items, and went through each recipe to make sure it was of the highest food quality. We were committed to only serving the quality of food that we would serve for our Sunday dinners. That dedication has now been the standard for over 33 years.

We thank our loyal customers and welcome them into the family. It's an honor to serve you.
