Strouderosa BBQ
Strouderosa started as a BBQ sauce company just for fun. We started a home-based contactless food delivery business during the pandemic specializing in family meals that featured our smoked meats. We outgrew cooking in our home and are excited to have our first restaurant! But don't worry, we still offer the same great smoked meats and sides! Plus more mouth-watering meats and meals.
We are happy to host company meetings, private parties, and catering. No order is too big or too small!
Strouderosa is Matt and Trisha Stroud. We both grew up in Lake Highlands and are now raising our family here.
