As Managing Partner of New York Life New Mexico, JP drives the organization's strategic growth, and partnership development and oversees its talented and passionate group of agents and advisors.

Since 2015, when he arrived in New Mexico, he's been active and engaged with various business and charitable organizations throughout the state.

JP is the 2021 Chairman of the Board for the Albuquerque Hispano Chamber of Commerce (AHCC). The AHCC is the leading Hispanic chamber in the country and the largest chamber in New Mexico. AHCC's mission is to empower individuals through economic growth and development resulting in wealth creation for our community.

As a leader and voice for economic and personal empowerment, JP believes in a Go-Giver approach that focuses on impactful contributions that make a difference in the lives of others.

His message of hope is witnessed in the work he does for charities such as Make-A-Wish New Mexico. This organization grants life-changing wishes for terminally or chronically ill children. Each wish granted strengthens a wish child's hope to live a healthy and productive life.
