Vesper Energys Kingwood Solar project is situated on 1,500 acres in Greene County, Ohio. With a nameplate capacity of 175 MW, the project is planned to reach commercial operation in 2023. The project will utilize solar photovoltaic technology on a single-axis tracking system. Kingwood Solar will interconnect to First Energys transmission system in PJM and is contracted with a Fortune 100 company under a long-term power purchase agreement.
