NAMI support groups are peer-led and offer participants an opportunity to share their experiences and gain support from other attendees.

Check out all of our support groups at NAMI Northern Virginia and find one that is right for you.

Please read the name and the description of each group carefully before joining. Some groups have a theme/focus for participants and all participants are expected to meet that theme. If you are not able to find a group for your needs or have questions about a support group, please complete the Contact Us form.
