According to Feeding America, the nation’s largest domestic hunger relief charity, one in every five food bank households contains a veteran. Hope for Heroes is a Community Harvest Food Bank program designed to help Veterans and military families in need. Program participants are eligible to receive nine months of groceries supplied by the Community Cupboard pantry at Community Harvest Food Bank.
