Oregon-focused vermouth created from our aged cider blended with apple brandy. It is infused with over 35 botanicals, including iconic Oregon flavors such as Douglas fir, elderflower, chanterelle, blackberry, juniper, hazelnuts, hops, and more.

Our intention has been to obtain the fullest expression of our rich culinary region -- the taste of the Pacific Northwest in a sip!
