Call/Data Center

Boeing Employees Credit Union (BECU) and Turner Construction Company retained MMEC to design a new Call/Data Center in the Spokane Valley. The space consisted of a mission-critical Data Center, a Contact/Call Center with 75 workstations, a Disaster Recovery Center, and related training rooms, support spaces, and offices. The electrical and mechanical requirements were extensive, including raised flooring, dedicated cooling, an emergency generator, UPS, and a variety of other specific systems.
