Student wellbeing

• Safeguarding
  The welfare of our students is paramount. All our staff and volunteers are trained to recognize possible safeguarding concerns and act accordingly so that any issues are dealt with in an effective and supportive manner.
• Pastoral care
  We have a dedicated well-being team to provide pastoral support and manage each student’s journey through Share. We use a student star tool to measure progress and change. People are encouraged to make their own choices in a safe supportive environment.
