Pre-Construction Services

Your designer/ estimator will give you a better idea of when our project manager will be contacting you to discuss scheduling your project when you sign your agreement. A few weeks after the contract signing, our project superintendent and designer will meet with you at your home for a pre-construction meeting. At this time, job site details such as product delivery, home access, job site protection, and schedule will be discussed. This meeting also provides an opportunity for your project manager to see the job site and discuss any special needs or details prior to the commencement of your project.
