Field trips are educational excursions designed to give students a hands-on learning experience outside the classroom. They can range from day trips to overnight camping trips, and often involve visits to museums, parks, zoos, historical sites, and other places of interest. Field trips provide an opportunity for students to explore their local environment and gain a deeper understanding of the topics they are studying in school. Through these experiences, students can develop critical thinking skills as well as social skills such as communication and teamwork. Field trips also create lasting memories that will stay with them long after they have returned home.
