Progressive Commercial Cleaning was incorporated into PWACs Small Group Employment program in 2019 and currently serves businesses within Armstrong County and surrounding communities.
Within this division, trainees provide cleaning and janitorial services, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, lobbies, waiting areas, and much more.

The Progressive Workshop of Armstrong County, Inc. (PWAC) was formed in 1968 by a group of concerned citizens who wanted to provide vocational rehabilitation services to people with disabilities.
Currently, funding is obtained through the Behavioural and Developmental Health Program of Armstrong and Indiana Counties, the Office of Developmental Programs Waivers and fee-for service funding.
